This business should not be doing business. Customer service is non-existent and additionally , they're just out to scam you and deceive you. I ordered their "free trial" which they advertised in FB and just pay shipping costs. The products came. After a few days, they sent me another package of products which now they charge me for $45.98. I contacted them thru their website since they have no customer service hotline and all the response I got is asking me "What is your order number?" I told them to that I returned the package and they should refund me. But all the response I got is the same, "what is your order number?" I found out that they gave me an order number at my email , which I was surprised because I did NOT order anything that is worth $45.98. After 3 more emails, they did not respond. THEY JUST IGNORED ME. That was in mid-March. Then just 3 days ago, I received an email that an order is on my way for delivery. I was astounded since I asked them for a refund already to which they did not reply . And now they're sending me another package in less than 30 days to which they charged again at $45.98. The email contains an order number and a thank you note that I am a loyal customer and I ordered their products. I emailed them once again, and I told them I sent them previous emails requesting to cancel and demand a refund. You know what response I got ? Their response is "WE don't have a record of the conversations ." And then I emailed them back again attaching screenshots of our email conversations. Still I haven't gotten a reply since 3 days ago. Their customer service sucks. They don't reply to messages about stuff like these- refunds, cancellations, etc. They charged me $45.98 twice. I disputed them through my bank and Will report them to consumer rights agencies
