So I ordered this products February 28th to take on my trip out of the country for which I leave on March 14. Hoping to get it before I left as they state delivery within 2-6 business days. Not knowing they were out of stock which I didn’t find out until after I emailed them asking about my order. They said they emailed me letting me know they didn’t have the product in stock which I never received. FYI customer service is not that great. I asked to cancel my order and they told me they couldn’t because it was processing WTF. How can you process an order if you don’t have the product in stock like do I look stupid.Today I was told after a email I sent 24 hours ago that the product would not be in stock for 2 weeks which means I will not get it for 3 weeks and will not be able to get the items because I will be out of the country. First off if you are out of stock you should let people know on the website. So people will not or can’t purchase them item until it’s restocked and don’t state 2-6 business days if you can’t guarantee that. Now I have to go and dispute the charge with my bank as I spent over $150 for this product that I will not receive.
