I placed an order on the 2nd of December and I still have not received it. I reached out on the 19th of December and only because I responded to one of their many emails about one of their sales was I informed that it would take a while but I would receive it that same week. No one thought to contact me before then. It’s now January 5th and still no package nor email or text message. I sent a message on the 3rd but no one has gotten back to me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!
