I accidentally put the incorrect address, so I immediately contacted customer service. At the bottom of their page, it say to let them know of any issues immediately. I have never been denied help before. I was at work on an overnight shift. The shipment company I couldn’t reach. My package got stolen. I proceeded to ask for a refund and they wouldn’t offer it to me either. I’m highly dissatisfied with the customer service.
