I haven't even flown with this airline yet, and I feel compelled to give them a 1-star review. Even budget airlines have more functional systems than this one. Their website is outdated and barely operational. I attempted to pay for a seat reservation, but it simply didn't work. Customer support is virtually nonexistent; there's only an email and a chatbot, neither of which can assist with bookings. The only option for support is to call an international number. After submitting a complaint, I learned it takes two weeks to get a response. The lack of customer service is appalling.
