Extremely disappointing service. I booked a multi-leg flight and needed to modify one leg. They confirmed the change and charged me $50, but two weeks later, the modification was canceled without my request. After hours of calls and being transferred multiple times, I found that not only was my modification canceled, but the entire flight was also canceled without my consent. The lack of accountability and the poor treatment from the staff was shocking, especially given my urgent circumstances. I had previously flown with them without issues, but this experience has changed my perspective entirely.
