I haven't even taken a flight yet, and I feel compelled to give a 1-star review. Even the most budget-friendly airlines have more reliable systems than this disappointing service. The website is barely functional and seems outdated by two decades. I attempted to reserve seats and was willing to pay, but the process simply doesn't work. Customer support is nonexistent; there's an email and a chatbot, but neither can assist with bookings at all. The only option for support is to call an international number. EDIT: I filed a complaint, and it takes two weeks for a response. There is a complete lack of customer service here.
