I live in Australia. Ordered 2 x XL shoulder sleeve braces. They arrived quite quickly but they were just too big. I asked for an exchange. As soon as I sent them the return post con note they immediately processed my return and sent 2 x Large sleeves. They are perfect and support my arthritic shoulder and allowed me to keep training . Great product and company to deal with. They have improved my shoulder function massively
