This is one of the worst experiences I had with the delivery of a product.
I made the order on the 4th of February to Belgium, Brussels. I still haven't received the order as my order was stuck in customs, and when I said I am not paying the customs fee, I wasn't told they will pay it for me. The customer service said. I need to pay this by myself, or when the order is shipped back to them, they will refund me minus the shipping cost. That's is totally unfair. I feel really unfairly treated. It's really bad service. I am left with no product and I lost money on the order. Totally disappointed!
This is one of the most unpleasant experiences I have
ever had. I'm not even certain this company exists my experience was so poor. I never received a receipt. I never had a look at what I purchased. No order number. IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone in customer service. Could not locate a phone number. Did not respond to my chat. I felt I was tricked into placing an extra order for a shoulder brace by telling me that the brace that I had already placed in my cart had a SPECIAL. I took it - hook line and sinker. A senior moment. Then it appeared I bought two!!!!!!. I tried to cancel one of them and I could not reach anyone. They did however take the money out of my bank account. How shady is that? I never give a one star review. This is my second one tonight --- all based on lousy customer service and/or terrible products.
Lost my shipment. Finally after weeks of back and forth. They reshipped my package. But shorted me an item. So I’m still waiting for them to make things right. Hardest company I’ve ever had to work with. Will never order again.
I live in Australia. Ordered 2 x XL shoulder sleeve braces. They arrived quite quickly but they were just too big. I asked for an exchange. As soon as I sent them the return post con note they immediately processed my return and sent 2 x Large sleeves. They are perfect and support my arthritic shoulder and allowed me to keep training . Great product and company to deal with. They have improved my shoulder function massively
10/10 especially when it comes to quality and price. Everything is affordable plus shipping is very fast. I ordered my first anaconda knee brace and it came in a couple days without any issues with placing my order and packaged with care. I will definitely buy their other products and share to others
There was an issue with my address where I didn't get it filled out correctly. It was addressed and fixed with the product reshipped ASAP without a hitch. The people at Anaconda were easy to work with to resolve the issue and reship the product. Which is top a top drawer product.
I love anaconda products. Their knee braces, leg sleeves, and knee recovery pro have allowed me to continue doing the sport I love even with my knee problems. I had an issue with my knee recovery pro and when I reached out to customer service they responded promptly and kindly and were able to quickly resolve me issue.
Great product and Great Customer service! I recommend the Anaconda Knee brace! Iam coming back from a Quad Rupture I tried others and the Anaconda knee brace gives me the support and stability that I need!
Please measure your knee before you buy! So that way you order the right size don't listen to them negative reviews try them out for yourself. You won't be disappointed!
Not only are the knee braces optimal for training and recovery. Their customer support is by far the best I have ever dealt with. With rapid responses and understanding, have earned a life long customer. I will be spreading the word on not only how the brace got me back into training but also how efficient their customer support is.
I've never experienced such stability during a high-level match. I felt assured that I could perform at my best with the necessary footwork for fast-paced pickleball. It truly felt like I was a warrior on the court.
