This is one of the most unpleasant experiences I have
ever had. I'm not even certain this company exists my experience was so poor. I never received a receipt. I never had a look at what I purchased. No order number. IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone in customer service. Could not locate a phone number. Did not respond to my chat. I felt I was tricked into placing an extra order for a shoulder brace by telling me that the brace that I had already placed in my cart had a SPECIAL. I took it - hook line and sinker. A senior moment. Then it appeared I bought two!!!!!!. I tried to cancel one of them and I could not reach anyone. They did however take the money out of my bank account. How shady is that? I never give a one star review. This is my second one tonight --- all based on lousy customer service and/or terrible products.
