This is one of the worst experiences I had with the delivery of a product.
I made the order on the 4th of February to Belgium, Brussels. I still haven't received the order as my order was stuck in customs, and when I said I am not paying the customs fee, I wasn't told they will pay it for me. The customer service said. I need to pay this by myself, or when the order is shipped back to them, they will refund me minus the shipping cost. That's is totally unfair. I feel really unfairly treated. It's really bad service. I am left with no product and I lost money on the order. Totally disappointed!
