Be careful. I have noticed a change in the quality of their products and customer service. The pants I ordered did arrive and when I opened the package they were clearly far too large so I sent them back. More than a month later I get sent an email claiming they can't approve my return due to "dirt" on the pants. Mind you, they still had tags on and never worn with original packaging. Not only are they refusing to give me a refund, they are also refusing to send the pants back to me without charging me a $15 fee. They're not even offering store credit! This is what they said: "1. Have the product shipped back to you: To proceed, we kindly ask you to cover a total of $15, which includes the previously incurred $6 return shipping cost, a $7 new shipping fee, and a $2 return and reshipment processing fee, all of which were incurred on our end, to send the product back to you.2. Dispose of the product: If you prefer, we can dispose of the item for you at no additional cost." I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before and will no longer be recommending their products.
