I emailed customer service, but they didn't respond until three days later saying they were busier than usual (I ordered during Labor Day weekend) so there was a delay and my item was backordered due to popularity. They offered an additional free candle, and upgraded shipping. They did ship it out two days after that, and it arrived five days after shipping. The wine glasses looked new when I opened them, and it does seem like real crystal (sound test) but I noticed some scratches on the swans, So it seems like the company is not a total scam, just the logistics and the customer service could use some work, and the products are as advertised in my case.
