I am very dissatisfied with my experience with the seller. Spending $800 AUD made it a significant purchase. The items took an extended period to be dispatched (2 months) and only after I reached out to the seller. At that point, the seller did provide updates. However, the items were then delayed in customs and arrived poorly packaged, resulting in a broken saucer. The seller has not been responsive to emails. Unfortunately, something I was eagerly anticipating has been spoiled. While I appreciated the complimentary candle, it does not compensate for the broken saucer and the incomplete set.
I placed an order for a candle last week, and while payment went through smoothly, I never got an order confirmation or tracking details. After noticing the silence, I tried reaching out via email and social media, but received no reply. Given the lack of communication and support, I worry this might be a fraudulent business. I strongly recommend others avoid this seller, as my experience indicates it may not be legitimate.
Terrible experience! Do not buy from this website. They resell items from a popular brand, using AI to alter images to appear better for sales. I was charged $270AUD for a $13 mug. I've requested a refund but haven't heard back. This is a scam site. Proceed with caution.
