I purchased this subscription for research purposes, but the login process is extremely unreliable. If you use your email, they send a code that may arrive hours later. The alternatives involve logging in with Google or Apple, which raises privacy concerns. The customer support is automated and does not allow for reporting issues. When I tried to stop my subscription, the bot simply directed me to log in, which I couldn't do. They effectively force you to either compromise your data or continue paying without using the service. This business should be reported for unethical practices.
