If the product were genuinely effective, it wouldn't need to pursue users so aggressively.

After paying, my experience was no different from a trial. They failed to make necessary corrections on my document and informed me that my time was up after just 5 minutes.
Truly disappointing. The models struggle to read uploaded documents correctly and fail to follow basic instructions. The chat feature has extremely poor memory, requiring constant repetition of simple commands. It's absolutely not worth the money, far inferior to even the free versions of other similar services.

BEWARE - They will charge you even after you cancel your subscription. I canceled on a specific date after two months of use, and although I thought the cancellation was successful, a few days later, I was charged again. When I contacted support, they claimed they had no record of my cancellation and would only refund the first payment if requested within seven days. This is shady behavior at best and potentially fraudulent at worst. I'm now trying to get my money back through my bank.
The customer service is horrendous, lacking empathy or concern regarding refunds. Attempting to reach the founder yields no results, highlighting their focus on profit over customer satisfaction. Dispute with your bank to recover your money!

The alternatives involve logging in with Google or Apple, which raises privacy concerns. The customer support is automated and does not allow for reporting issues. When I tried to stop my subscription, the bot simply directed me to log in, which I couldn't do. They effectively force you to either compromise your data or continue paying without using the service. This business should be reported for unethical practices.
