Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They were responsible for delivering my parcel from IKEA and claimed they couldn’t complete the delivery due to a lack of parking. Is that even a valid excuse? My building has a driveway, so parking shouldn’t have been an issue. To make matters worse, they didn’t bother to call or message me—they just left. Terrible service and extremely unprofessional!
