Extremely disappointing customer and delivery experience. I've had these individuals deliver to my location several times through another service. It's baffling why that service continues to partner with them. Each time, they've been significantly delayed or failed to follow basic instructions. They've often been asked to take items (requiring two people) to the first floor, yet they've just left them at the front of the house without even ringing the bell. Completely unreliable. Their customer support is equally frustrating – just empty promises. They repeatedly make the same mistakes. I would not recommend.

Completely unacceptable customer and delivery service

The delivery service has been absolutely unacceptable. I've had multiple deliveries through the company, and I can't understand why they are still being used. They are consistently late and often ignore simple instructions. Despite being told to take items to the first floor, they leave them at the front without even ringing the bell. Their reliability is nonexistent. Customer service is equally disappointing, offering only empty promises. They repeatedly make the same errors. I cannot recommend them.

Delivery errors on multiple occasions

The first delivery was correct and timely, but subsequent deliveries have been a nightmare. The second delivery contained the wrong item, and they even tried to re-route it to another city. Despite providing details and photos, they have failed to deliver the correct item. When I inquired, the staff admitted they don't verify deliveries before reaching the address. I placed my order weeks ago to avoid delays, but now I won't receive it before the holiday.

Deceptive and incompetent service

This service has been incredibly deceitful since the change from a previous provider. They falsely claimed to have sent a text for scheduling delivery, which never happened. I've been waiting three weeks for my order, which was promised within a few days. Contacting them yields nothing but empty responses. It's shocking that well-known brands still rely on this service. The call center operates overseas, and the service quality is abysmal.

The worst service experience ever

This company has provided the worst service I've encountered in my business dealings. After purchasing sofas that arrived in the country months ago, I received a message to schedule delivery, but a month later, I still have not received them. Each call results in being told there are no scheduled delivery days in my area. I'm left in disbelief.

Stay away from this service

My experiences with this company have been horrendous. Their tracking system gives a vague delivery window, and when I waited all day, the delivery was canceled without notice. I had to reach out to customer service myself. The subsequent delivery attempt resulted in a broken item, and the driver wouldn't assist with carrying it in. The final attempt was scheduled when I wouldn't be home, leading to the package being stolen. I would avoid any retailer using this service.

Unreliable and disorganized service

Every interaction with this company has been frustrating. In one instance, a driver arrived hours early without notice, and in another, a driver refused to deliver under false pretenses. Despite clear delivery instructions, they failed to follow them, showing either laziness or incompetence. The overall lack of organization from the company is evident, with only one driver sent to handle multiple large items.

Truly the worst experience

This service is absolutely the worst! If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I drove two and a half hours to meet the delivery team, confirming beforehand. They sent a text claiming delivery was attempted, which was a complete lie. After returning home, I realized the delivery should have occurred months ago. Completely useless.
