Extremely disappointing customer and delivery experience. I've had these individuals deliver to my location several times through another service. It's baffling why that service continues to partner with them. Each time, they've been significantly delayed or failed to follow basic instructions. They've often been asked to take items (requiring two people) to the first floor, yet they've just left them at the front of the house without even ringing the bell. Completely unreliable. Their customer support is equally frustrating – just empty promises. They repeatedly make the same mistakes. I would not recommend.
The delivery service has been absolutely unacceptable. I've had multiple deliveries through the company, and I can't understand why they are still being used.
