Had purchased an X7 scan tool. At first it was great, the tablet was at first a bit of a foreign concept to me but once I got used to using the device it was simple to complete the diagnosis or resets needed. I do not like the yearly / bi yearly subscriptions but if you use this on a daily basis and it generates income it is worth it i guess. My tablet, like a large amount of other customers, had ended up slowly and progressively losing tough response and eventually stopped working over all. While you can find a work around to this issue (illegally transfer the software onto a separate android device) I decided to message the company instead and see about a replacement tablet as the device was under 2 years old. There was no help besides either buying another device or purchasing a tablet repair kit online (screen repair etc). If there was a discounted replacement option or a extended warranty option that cost xx dollar a month or year covering the device i wouldn't have an issue.
