Decided to cancel as never received results from the DNA profile kit I sent back to them last August.Tried to cancel but denied access due to some "technical error" - on multiple occasions. No response from telephone line or emails.Had to resort to my bank who will raise my concerns as a dispute, but it is an unwelcome faff.They seem to be purely online and if anything goes wrong they are unreachable. USELESS. AVOID!!
