i purchased a dna kit last september, waited two months for the results then to be told dna couldn’t be extracted, purchased another dna kit in december and today 10th of feb to be told results will be ready 4th march yesterday it was the 21st of february. for ever moving the results day. nearly been 3 months. AND THIS IS ON THE PRIORTY PROCESSING !!what i do find strange is today i got an email to say my subscription renews in march so more than likely my results will come after the renewal date. which will be £49 to renew. to me it is like they are running a scam to make you renew with time scales. they have no complaint process which i find strange. if ancestry and my heritage use the same data base i would recommend my heritage.the lady i spoke to said there is a back log,if this is the case they should advise on there website.DONT BUY THE PRIORITY PROCESS, ITS A SCAM IN ITS SELF !! if i could give it 0 stars i would!!
