Twice the DNA sample was not able to be processed (I worked in Heathcare and my sample was done exactly as directed). The third time my DNA kit was sent to me…it was lost. Just tried to order a third replacement kit and the call centre person was so frustrating to deal with, repeating same i formation but not able to just send me a new kit. Asked for a supervisor but she “was on another call”. What a waste of time and money this whole process has been.
