I was disappointed with the process. We had to make numerous calls because they said they couldn’t find our sample. The process was tedious. At one point, they were going to send us another kit but did not. We finally received an email to say my DNA was ready. The website was not user friendly and we had to seek out tech support on three occasions to help us find the results. The results were vague and skimpy. I question some of the validity. The ads for the service are misleading. Correspondence with the site always wants you to pay more for information that was implied, as included, when one purchased the kit. I would not recommend ancestry to anyone. What I thought would be an interesting study in my history was truly a letdown. Please feel free to share my review.
