Feels like a scam

Ordered a DNA kit on December 5 last year. Received it over 2 months later in February 2020.We sent the test back. As of today November 24, they say "it's still in the lab". They said we should be getting a replacement test within 5-10 days, but I'll believe it when I see it.Not to mention we had to call a few times - when I called, I was told they couldn't talk to me because I bought the test for someone else (my father). When my father called, they told him they had to talk to the person who bought it.They AT LEAST should have offered us a refund on shipping ($20).The whole experience feels like a scam. I'll update this review if/when we get the new test.EDIT: It's December 16th, and we still haven't received a test or an update. Ancestry.ca replied to my comment, but never contacted me further even though I submitted my details.
