My sample was sent 02/02/26 - 6 weeks later no updates on my profile and no email confirmation the sample had been received
Several calls later and chat communication I established they ‘had not’ received the kit
I was told they would replace the lost kit and post me out a new one
8 hours later I got an email stating my sample had been received and was in processing
2 days later a replacement kit arrived which I discarded, considering the first sample sent had been confirmed
4 weeks later still no results and nothing updated when I sign in
I contacted them again to be told they had ‘ cancelled’ processing my sample due to having had the replacement kit sent!!
No communication from them to tell me their policy was to cancel the first sample kit if a replacement is sent!
How was I to know they had done this- I am waiting patiently for the results from the sample which was in the queue for testing -
Absolutely ridiculous and ‘no reply ‘ email accounts make it hard for correspondence and assistants who simple will not or can’t answer your questions
The over all time for samples to be tested is horrendous to then find they simply cancel your test due to their poor system policies and you are left in limbo
