I have no complaints about the family tree element of my Ancestry experience, its great. Sadly my DNA testing experience and interaction with customer support has been a total disaster. I have paid several times for testing kits (I thought you only had to pay once) 3 laboratory failures and 2 kits that never arrived. I complained last week about the latest non- arrival of the kit and they have charged me again and seemed to have sent it to the wrong country!This has been dragging on for nearly 2 years, can it really be so difficult to get a DNA test result?
