i purchased their DNA test just about 3 months ago on the 2nd of Dec and it came with 3 months of the worldwide membership which i was initially happy with as it gave more content and it was said i was going to recieve my results on the 13th of Feb its now the 25th of Feb and after constant delays now they are telling me after just finding out today they will giving me my results on the 6th of march and as you can see thats some bullshit pretty much a whole month my results have been delayed and the membership i was hoping of using had to be cancelled and even before i did that i spoke to the help team and they were as useless as they could get and couldn't even give a compromise for the delay not even a extra week added so you can use it. all i can say is im deeply upset by this and pissed off.
