The Auto renew after the free trial defaults to half a years membership in one payment, its £70, rather than monthly as it makes out. This is written right at the bottom of the welcome email - after the pictures and logos where it looks like the email has already finished.
This is obviously to ensure they make the most possible profit off people who havent canceled after the free trial.
I was willing to continue my subscription, but sneaky behaviour like that makes me extremely dubious to share personal information with the company.
Side note, it couldn't even find my grandparents, who i provided full information of, let alone long lost relatives.
Cancel your free trial/ensure they charge monthly beforehand if you cant afford the bi annual.
