To be honest, I believe I made a mistake when placing my order, I must not have read it carefully. I wanted 2 hard copies of the Herbal handbook, one for me and one for my sister. I am old fashioned and like real books. Then I added in the Ultimate items before realizing they were digital. I don't do digital; I want a real book I can hold in my hands. I panicked and tried to cancel it but it went through anyway. I sent an email immediately and Maricar responded, very politely, with a solution. But I over-reacted and I was abrupt with her. She remained polite and very helpful, walking me through the refund process quickly. I apologized to her and she was just so helpful and gracious about it. As for the book-I LOVE IT! Found something helpful for my husband right away. Great product and great customer service! Great job Maricar, keep up the good work.
