I ordered the book and extra books . It says 60 day full refund, no questions asked. I reached out for a refund and Ancient remedies is only refunding 1/2 the price for the book after asking quite a few questions.
I ordered a book and did not receive it. Right away Rena re-ordered and still I did not receive it. It turns out that I made an error in the shipping address by one number.
At last I received my book thanks to Rena's patience.

I really appreciate the way Maricar handled my complaint. I ordered the Ancient Remedies book using my smart phone and I did not record a copy of my purchase. I kept getting emails that stated that my order was incomplete, But my bank acct was charged. I emailed the company and Maricar replied immediately and said she would investigate to find a record of my purchase. Maricar did find a record of my purchase and made sure I would get a copy of Ancient Remedies very soon. Thank You Maricar for your effort resolving my concern easily and efficiently.
I just received my copy of the Natural Healing Handbook from Ancient Remedies. Its beautifully laid out and easy to quickly find a natural solution to any health issues. It will increase your understanding of the plants and herbs within easy reach to treat your body with more love. Also had a great customer support experience with Marianne. You can trust this company to provide honest information and immediate responsiveness.
I wanted this book for months before I finally talked my husband into ordering it for me. I was so excited when it arrived only to be totally disappointed with it's content's. The book is lovely and put together well, but you only get (6) recipes per category and most of them don't include the herbs that they say to use for the particular category. This book is totally useless. I am very disappointed. The commercials hype this book up to be way more than it is.
I had a difficulty with the purchase and I expected a wait and maybe other difficulties. I was surprised and delighted that it was addressed with such good manners and with no delays and no hassle. My thanks and appreciation to Mayra who handled this. Best Jenny
Be very careful if you order this book. At the end of your order it makes you scroll through massive amounts of other things to purchase. Even though I hit no thank you I am not interested in those, it added two more purchases to my order amounting to $120 above the purchase of $50.55 that I was interested in. I will be returning the others because it is impossible to stop the order through email and there is no phone number.
When I brought it to their attention that I didn’t find the information I was looking for in the ancient remedies handbook they offered me 50% refund. I was asking them what the procedure was to get 100% refund. Nobody could answer me. Then they stopped responding to my emails. So I am without any refund and I am highly dissatisfied with the book and the lack of details.
I had filled out two refund forms the moment I received them. I do not believe that was the issue. Nonetheless, finally after several days of being ignored, I thank you for responding and for returning my money.
The learning i am implementing of the different topics on health is what i am doing littby litte.

It is very helpful and responsible. I did not receive the book that I ordered although it was claimed in the tracking that the book was delivered. I am glad Myra has promised with a replacement. I believe the book in on its for delivery to my home address.
