When I brought it to their attention that I didn’t find the information I was looking for in the ancient remedies handbook they offered me 50% refund. I was asking them what the procedure was to get 100% refund. Nobody could answer me. Then they stopped responding to my emails. So I am without any refund and I am highly dissatisfied with the book and the lack of details.
I had filled out two refund forms the moment I received them. I do not believe that was the issue. Nonetheless, finally after several days of being ignored, I thank you for responding and for returning my money.
