I ordered an outfit made to my measurements, and confirmed it with them twice. The team at Andaaz made it 10 inches too wide. I sent them images showing the outfit alongside a measuring tape, and they refuse to accept any issue and will not refund me because my outfit is tailor made. The customer service team in india are like robots, sending the same email, ignoring the details and evidence I provided, and informed me that is my fault and not theirs. Very poor. I will not be using them again.
