I ordered three outfits from this company totally around $600. I have only received one. The first garment they sent was too small, so I asked to exchange it for another size. At first, they refused. Then I pointed out that their website says they accept returns and exchanges. They agreed to exchange the item, and asked me to return the original first. I did within their required 4 day return policy. They confirmed receipt of the return and said they were processing with the exchange. On February 22nd I inquired as to the status of the delivery of the new garment and they said they were just starting to remake the garment and needed a 4-7 working day window to make the new garment. This was the first I was hearing about their production time. No where on their website is this information stated. I said needed the garment by February 27th and they refused to deliver the garment by my request delivery date. Then I asked for a refund, and they are also refusing to issue me a refund. I do not recommend shopping with this store

I ordered two outfits from Andaaz Fashion for the first time, and I was initially skeptical about online shopping. However, when I received them, I was amazed — they are beautifully crafted, flawlessly and professionally made. Thanks to the seamstress/tailor for such an exceptional job ❤️.
I ordered an outfit made to my measurements, and confirmed it with them twice. The team at Andaaz made it 10 inches too wide. I sent them images showing the outfit alongside a measuring tape, and they refuse to accept any issue and will not refund me because my outfit is tailor made. The customer service team in india are like robots, sending the same email, ignoring the details and evidence I provided, and informed me that is my fault and not theirs. Very poor. I will not be using them again.
