Sent very precise and detailed measurements for custom made order. I received the suit and it wasnt right size. They didn't leave enough material in trousers to loosen. I asked for it to be altered and sent it back, I had to pay my own postage. I put black stitching in the exact areas I required alteration to the size I required. I have no idea why they got it so wrong again. The dress wasn't altered as I asked but there was enough material for me to take to a tailor here, again I had to pay for that. The trousers came back like a salwar! I sent them back with precise marking of my measurement. I had to pay postage again. They arrived last week and are still not correct size. They made so tight I cannot pull them up, they left no material to alter. This has been going on for 3 months, I couldn't wear the outfit to the party I ordered it for and have wasted my money. I have been trying to get a refund for the trousers but no one will answer my calls or messages. Very dissappointed. I won't order from this company again. I have given 2 stars as customer service was good to start but should have continued.
