I bought a premium handbag and wallet, which I expected to be of high quality. However, the handbag arrived with what looked like wrinkles and thin leather, and the magnetic closure was ineffective. My wallet had a slot that ripped easily. After contacting support with photos, I was told they wouldn't assist me as it was considered normal wear and tear. I am very disappointed and will not purchase from this service again.
