I placed an order 26 days ago and still haven't received the item. I contacted the support team several times, but only got automated replies. Eventually, I managed to reach what seemed like a real representative, but they were unhelpful. It's straightforward—when I pay, I expect to receive the product. When that fails, I shouldn't have to struggle to get my money back.

I bought a premium handbag and wallet, which I expected to be of high quality. However, the handbag arrived with what looked like wrinkles and thin leather, and the magnetic closure was ineffective. My wallet had a slot that ripped easily. After contacting support with photos, I was told they wouldn't assist me as it was considered normal wear and tear.
