This is a disgraceful company. They are not signatories to the Better Business Bureau for a reason and should be avoided. They sent two faulty ipad covers and then refused to provide a non faulty one or a full refund. They do not take ownership for their mistakes and their customer service people need to get another job where they are strictly backroom.
