I've purchased 4 leather cases and spent almost $500 on products (iPhone, 2 iPads, and a MacBook Pro). On my most recent purchase (case for my iPad), the case would not snap on in one corner. When I contacted customer support, they told me that it could take a few days to get it to snap, and said they would send me a video on how to rub the leather to get it to bend... they never did. Finally, after a week and a half of back and forth, they said the would send a replacement. However, I had to first mail the defective one back, and then they would send the replacement. This means that my iPad will go for over a week with no case. I even offered to buy the replacement so it could be sent first, and they could credit me back when they received the defective one.I've never had to return a defective product prior to getting a replacement sent out... especially since the whole point of the case is to protect my equipment. I've been a repeat customer, but after this experience, I will not be purchasing cases from Andar again.
