I purchased the Kaiser 3 Pro 5D (XL) in October 2024 (Order #AD13387). As someone who is 6'2" and 240 lbs, finding a durable chair is tough. most chairs I've owned fail within a year. This chair is different the build quality and materials is superior, and it’s incredibly comfortable.I did have two minor issues with the wheelbase and an armrest, but AndaSeat’s support was fantastic. They shipped replacement parts quickly at no cost to me, and the chair feels brand new again. I was so impressed by the product and the warranty that I bought a Kaiser 4 for my office. Highly recommended for bigger users who want a company that stands by their product
