I placed an order that indicated it was in stock for next-day delivery. After a day passed, I called to ask for tracking information, only to be told there was a mistake and it had been sold to someone else! They mentioned a delivery was expected on January 9th. I explained that I wouldn't have ordered if I had known I had to wait three weeks! The only response was to suggest a replacement item from the shop. I will not be ordering again. If it says in stock, it should be! It feels like they are just grabbing orders before the holiday season. Very disappointed.
