I placed an order that indicated it was in stock for next-day delivery. After waiting a day, I called to inquire about tracking details, only to be informed that there had been an error and the item had been sold to someone else. I was told to expect a delivery on January 9th. I expressed my frustration, stating that I wouldn't have ordered if I had known I would have to wait three weeks. The response was to offer a replacement item from the shop. I will not be ordering again. If it shows as in stock, it should be! This feels like just taking orders before the holiday season. Very disappointed.

I have been a customer for over 10 years, and aside from one previous mix-up, they have generally been reliable. However, my latest experience makes me question whether I should order from them again. I placed an online order but had to create a new account due to issues with accessing my old one and my loyalty points. Three days later, I hadn’t received any dispatch notification or updates on my order, and when I checked, it hadn’t been processed. When I called to inquire, the representative assured me it was set to ship that day and I would receive confirmation by the end of the day. They didn’t ship it, and I received no notification. This has led me to feel misled by their staff. I now have to call them again, but my trust in this company has significantly diminished. When issues arise, their service quality becomes evident, and sadly, their after-sales support is lacking.
From my experience, do NOT preorder items from this company. They quickly take your money but fail to deliver on their promises. Initially, the item was due in a week, then three weeks, and now it's been pushed to three months and beyond, with the item still not here. I’ve had to follow up with them, rather than the other way around. This will definitely be my last order with them; I expected much more. It's delaying my work. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that they managed to add an item to my original order, if and when it eventually arrives.
Hmm… such a charming brand image, with their entertaining online presence. However, my experience has been quite different when it comes to returning items or getting assistance with delays on paid orders. Customer service staff seemed slightly defensive. Remember, I’m a customer, not an adversary.
I’ve been playing guitar for over 35 years and know how to set one up properly. This was my first purchase from this company, and it has left a very poor impression. I bought a guitar and noticed defects upon inspection. I promptly contacted customer service with photos and a detailed explanation, but their response was disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the faulty item, I was told I needed to provide video proof or pay for the return, which is not how consumer law works. Their justification for visible defects was unacceptable. This experience has made me lose confidence in them, which is disappointing given their reputation.
I support this company because they provide good service and share excellent reviews online. Despite being sales-driven, their opinions seem fair. I purchased some headphones and, while they are decent for my needs, I might consider adding an amp in the new year.
I ordered a silent pack kit online, and the equipment is of good quality. It was delivered safely packaged. Once tuned, the guitar had a good setup out of the box. This is my fourth guitar from this brand, and for the price, I can't fault the quality of their products. I'm looking to explore electric guitars more, as my first was a vintage model, and I was so impressed I bought multiple types. Great value and playability!
Can I give them zero stars? Two guitars were delivered, both faulty, and one had to be returned at my expense. It seems they don’t check their guitars before shipping, despite claiming to do so. Perhaps they should focus on ensuring their products work instead of making promotional videos!
