The day in Ouzoud was the highlight of our visit, as I had been there before with other providers. This service was disappointing and cost me clients. I booked a trip for 08:30 with hotel pick-up, but they messaged the day before asking us to be ready at 08:10 and to arrive 5 minutes early, which I accepted. Previously, the guide always met us in the lobby, but this time no one showed up. I was waiting at the hotel by 07:55, and one of my clients was in the lobby 10 minutes before that. We waited 30 minutes with no sign of our transport. The hotel attempted to call, but no one answered, and when I finally reached out, the representative hung up on me multiple times. They later claimed they made a mistake with our booking. This was the biggest disappointment of the year. They were rude and did not honor what we had paid for, potentially costing me clients. Fortunately, I booked another trip that, while not perfect, at least had a guide show up.
