I am deeply disappointed by our experience on the waterfall tour. While the waterfall was stunning and the local guide was great, the bus ride ruined our day. We were seated near a loud group, making it impossible to relax. When I expressed my discomfort to the guide, instead of addressing the noise, he played loud music, which felt dismissive. Other passengers seemed uncomfortable too, but likely didn’t speak up. When we reached out to customer service, their response was dismissive, highlighting their lack of concern for guest wellbeing. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone who values respect and professionalism.
