Less than 1 star - Website said article was 100% cotton - label said 95% polyester, 5%elastane. Made in China. Posted from Hong Kong. Poor quality, poor fit. Totally unwearable.

Scam company

The viking style hooded top is nothing like they advertise, the colour is a flat horrible brown colour and it is not 100% pure cotton like advertised, it is 100% polyester. Facebook is allowing these scammers to advertise on their platform. It is cheaply made and is nothing like the description £45 for cheap market quality rubbish.

DO NOT TRUST!

Do not trust this trader. The website mentions it's an atelier from France but in fact the items come from China with very poor quality.Worst of all, when you request to return with a full refund, they give you a return address in China resulting in huge shipping costs for the buyer. Absurd!

If I could, I would give minus stars.

My father unfortunately purchased from Andre Ferran without realizing this is a scam website.The product quality is extremely poor and absolutely not as advertised. It looks nothing like the photos on the website and feels cheap and badly made.We contacted the company on 21 December 2025 to request a refund. It has now been over a month, and we have received no response at all. No explanation, no refund, nothing.A serious company does not ignore customers like this. This is completely unacceptable and shows they have no intention of taking responsibility.I strongly warn others: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This company should be reported and shut down so they cannot continue scamming people.
