Very bad service. Package was not collected for weeks after payment. Customer service also lousy. Receive a call from their pick up agent, didn't came for it and when call and whatsapp, he never answer.

There are constant discrepancies in weight that lead to excessive charges. They assert my parcel weighs 18.72kg instead of the 18kg I booked, resulting in a charge of RM44.11 instead of the expected RM30.60. When I inquired, they shifted focus and asked for photos of my parcel. I didn’t argue the weight since the parcel is already with the customer. I just want to understand why they charged me RM15 for a RM1.50 difference.
This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Please avoid their service or you will regret it. My first attempt resulted in a lost parcel, and I received no replies for ten days. I got no explanation on the next steps and have only been interacting with AI for ten days without any resolution. If I could give zero stars, I would, as they don’t deserve any. Be cautious; they’ve removed all comments and reviews from their social media.
Choosing this service was a huge mistake, and I lost a lot of money! I am furious - they canceled two pickups for no reason and provided no compensation or refund. Customer support is virtually nonexistent! BE WARNED AND DO NOT USE THEM! This company is a scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
