Did my purchase in November, Still today no delivery, no serious answers to my mails and follow up. At one point the sent a mail stating that the package was finally on the way, just to follow up later that the package now was lost in transit and a new link for tracking the new package - and the link did not work. No surprice...
This Company is a BIG SCAM - STAY AWAY FROM IT and save your money.
Ordered a jumper and once paid the the receipt showed a different colour than I actually picked . E-mailed them immediately but the replies week later saying nothing they could do as it was packed .
Complete scammers stay well clear
SCAM SCAM SCAM This company is 100% a scam. My item eventually arrived, you could not actually believe how badly it was made. The zip ran in a diagonal from the centre neck down across the front making it completely out of shape. You cannot return items, they are based in china and want you to use DHL. Please don’t make the mistake that I did by buying anything by these these horrible people.
Similar to others, ordered a Cotton Viking Hoodie, which came from China, and unlike the description on the website, was 100% polyester.I emailed straight away, and heard nothing. I've emailed again since, still nothing.Rang their number (0018132968805), "nobody available to take your call" before it hung up.I'm still getting marketing emails from them, now being sent straight to Spam.The issue was eventually resolved quickly by Paypal.
