Andrew Craig (Sunderland office } were very unprofessional during my attempt to buy a property ,communication was poor and the overall experience was frustrating and disorganised ,one member of staff really let the branch down ,she was rude and talked over you,I wont be dealing with them again based on my experince

Rang to view a property and asked to confirm if I had my broker etc which I confirmed I had. Then bombarded by Mortgages now , their other business asking me to log into my mortgage account ! Absolutely furious they have shared me details without consent and ignored my wishes .I certainly won't be buying through them , as goodness knows what other data breaches they do !
