Ok let me start with this! this is a review of my experience not of their products, I ordered a Anenji 11KW 48V Hybrid Solar Inverter and paid via PayPal for it shortly after I had a phone call followed up with WhatsApp message from their sales team saying that shipment may take a couple of months I had already worked that out from the info on their website so all was great, after a few days figured out I had made a mistake this inverter was not G99 compliant (Needed for UK use) I contacted them telling them the problem asking to cancel my order, about 12 hours later I had a text asking me a few questions then within an hour I got a full refund, I know my 5 stars goes against most reviews on here! but considering it was my mistake they could not have treated me better.
