I ordered an inverter from anenji.com and paid via PayPal. The seller never shipped the product.After the payment, the seller completely stopped responding. I sent multiple emails and messages via WhatsApp, but received no replies at all.The only way I managed to get my money back was by opening a PayPal dispute. Thankfully, PayPal refunded the payment, but the time wasted cannot be recovered.If anyone from Ukraine (or any other country) decides to take the risk and buy something from this website, use PayPal only. This is the only reason I did not lose my money. Based on my experience, this site behaves like a scam.
Ok let me start with this! this is a review of my experience not of their products, I ordered a Anenji 11KW 48V Hybrid Solar Inverter and paid via PayPal for it shortly after I had a phone call followed up with WhatsApp message from their sales team saying that shipment may take a couple of months I had already worked that out from the info on their website so all was great, after a few days figured out I had made a mistake this inverter was not G99 compliant (Needed for UK use) I contacted them telling them the problem asking to cancel my order, about 12 hours later I had a text asking me a few questions then within an hour I got a full refund, I know my 5 stars goes against most reviews on here! but considering it was my mistake they could not have treated me better.
I ordered an 24v 4kW inverter. One month passed and it is still not shipped. Zero communication. When they respond to my message they write something and later they write something else. First they said it is in Hong Kong but five minutes later they say it's in Poland. I selected shipment from EU but it still ships from China. Worst experience.
The first inverter blew up and under warranty I had to pay 65 pounds for a replacement board. This inverter blew up and when I told them they blocked me on ebay messenger and all other messaging apps. Do not buy anything from this company. They just cheat and lie.
No warranty and no support!They don't respond over email or WhatsApp. And when they do after a month, they ask you a question, when you respond, nothing from them for another month. It's been 4 months now, my solar isn't working and I spent thousands of euros on inverters that worked for six mobths. I do not recommend buying from this seller. This is a scam from China, they sell crap and you can say goodbye to warranty!
3x 5.6kW parallel hybrid inverters ordered by Germany and installed in August with 280Ah/48V LiFePo4 battery (second bank was ordered), and only 2x 1KW solar panels at 320V, running house from grid (overnight) and solar.One of the 3 worked for 1 day with the solar panels. Error 16 (DC in AC circuit.While running on the 2 others: Only "support" was a software update for the wrong type of inverter. As this didn't work, "Justine" by WhatsApp (Chinese phone number: +86 133 0293 1426) was of no help at all. Communication stopped completely.December 4: The two others gave up. One in flames. Only reply from "Justine", errors 9, 13, and 16. No reply at all. Not by WhatsApp, not by mail. Anenji just doesn't exist anymore. Unless you can repair electronic stuff: Stay away from them! Definitely in Europe: Warrenty is an empty promise, as it doesn't exist at all.
