3x 5.6kW parallel hybrid inverters ordered by Germany and installed in August with 280Ah/48V LiFePo4 battery (second bank was ordered), and only 2x 1KW solar panels at 320V, running house from grid (overnight) and solar.One of the 3 worked for 1 day with the solar panels. Error 16 (DC in AC circuit.While running on the 2 others: Only "support" was a software update for the wrong type of inverter. As this didn't work, "Justine" by WhatsApp (Chinese phone number: +86 133 0293 1426) was of no help at all. Communication stopped completely.December 4: The two others gave up. One in flames. Only reply from "Justine", errors 9, 13, and 16. No reply at all. Not by WhatsApp, not by mail. Anenji just doesn't exist anymore. Unless you can repair electronic stuff: Stay away from them! Definitely in Europe: Warrenty is an empty promise, as it doesn't exist at all.
